After entering in twenty-first Century,along with the rapid development of China's construction industry,large-scale,complex and more number of project participants of construction project are increased;at the same time,all kinds of information of construction safety management,project quality management and schedule management also increased.Traditional management methods have been unable to meet the increasingly complex,large-scale and many participants of the project requirements.BIM technology is a significant change for the project management,with a rich three-dimensional model building information management of construction projects,effectively make the project participants cooperate,also can play a positive role in the lifecycle management of construction project.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in traditional technology in construction safety management,construction schedule management and construction quality management;On this basis,put forward the BIM 3D model of virtual safety training method,PDCA cycle quality inspection method and 4D simulation method based on the adjustment plan,and its application in the "NEWORLD" project improves the safety management,effectively controls the quality;its beneficial to the coordination of professional work and can promote the progress control and adjustment of the project to a certain extent.The results of this study to improve the project management level,improve the quality of the project,accelerate the construction progress,which has a certain guiding significance to protect the health and safety of construction workers,and makes the construction industry to provide better service for the development of the national economy.
