Research And Design Of Indicator Automatic Verification System

Indicator is the precision measuring instrument used to measure the length in machinery manufacturing and processing,the stand or fall of its measurement performance directly affects the precision and quality of manufacturing and processing.Indicator verification instrument is the measurement standard to evaluate the measuring performance of indicators,which performance and automation level directly determines the accuracy and efficiency of verification work.At present,the technology based on Lab VIEW,such as virtual instrument,machine vision,data acquisition and motion control is relatively mature,which can be used in the realization of automatic verification system.Based on the indicator verification work process and method as the research object,using LabVIEW development platform for the research and design of the indicator verification system which can run fully automatic.Constituting a displacement transmission mechanism with the sliding table of linear ball screw and stepper motor,which linear grating ruler as the length measurement datum.The hardware structure has the range of(0?100)mm and resolution of 0.1 ?m.Designed the programs of grating signal acquisition and motion control of system by NI-DAQ multi-function data acquisition card and the LabVIEW platform,and realized the calibration of indicating value error and hysterisis error by calling and using the program of image recognition.In consideration of the work,such as data processing and recording,verification reports generation and other follow-up work is time-consuming and error-prone,designed the program of Excel data processing and record,verification report automatically generate and printing based on the Lab VIEW,and developed a user interface which has the functions such as operation control,status display and inputing,finally realizes the operation work full automatic.
