Power supply reliability is an important index of power system operation,especially for 220 kV substation.Whether the equipment is reliable in substation directly affects the reliable operation of power system.The 220 kV Heping substation bears the task of supplying power to important customers like Fushun aluminum plant.It was put into operation in 1989,running for more than 20 years.Most of the equipments are obsolete.The NO.5 main transformer switch and the switch of Beiping second tier are the type of LW15 pneumatic mechanism.They are not suitable for the cold weather of Fushun.In addition,some other 220 kV circuit breaker sub-closing number has reached the critical value.And some circuit breakers are imported equipment,it can't be overhauled.Circuit breaker corrosion is also very serious,while the porcelain column is non-anti-fouling,non-high-strength porcelain,it prone to flashover or porcelain column fracture accident.These basic equipment has serious security risks,should be replaced as soon as possible.The target of the project is 220 kV interval transformation.All the electrical equipment and bus of Heping 220 kV substation are completely removed,and the new 220 kV electrical equipment is built at the former address.The main transformer position unchanged.The main wiring from the original double bus bypass wiring into double bus wiring.All protection automation devices and 66 kV,10kV electrical equipment is not replaced.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the background of the transformation of Heping substation and the current situation and development trend of substation design.The second chapter analyzes the design of the substation from the theoretical level,and makes a concrete discussion on the selection of the main transformer,the selection of the main electrical wiring,the electricity and DC system,the communication and lightning protection.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Heping substation and the existing problems.The fourth chapter is about the transformation of Heping.The modified plan layout is given.The fifth chapter is the comparison of the operation before and after the transformation.The reliability of the power supply is much higher than before.Finally,the results of the project transformation and management innovation are analyzed.
