The Application Research On The Program Operation In UHV AC Substation

With the development of power grid scale rapidly,in order to improve power system per capita labor productivity,at present a large number of unattended substation 500 kV and below automation substation are put into use.With substation operation more and more,especially the development of ac UHV digital substation operation mode is finding wider and wider application,stylized gradually replace the former substation adopts artificial brake operating mode.Digital substation operation sequence control,reduce man-made site operation,reduce the operation time,reduce man-made wrong operation possibility,and solve the shortage of the current operations staff increases,the contradiction of the substation shows a new technical way.At present,the conventional integrated automation substation to carry out the procedure of the technology is relatively mature,the technical conditions are basically met,by increasing the procedure system,modify the communication agreement,part of the primary and secondary equipment,can achieve the function of integrated automation substation procedure.This paper introduces the procedure related to the basic situation of substation automation system and the development of some key technologies,at the same time clear procedural control of electrical equipment,the requirements of the relevant basic functions required of procedure system is put forward.Second further Outlines the implementation procedure of transformer substation,the overall design procedural system in substation,building integrated information platform,and focuses on analyzing the procedure and implementation mode,clear procedure of interval blocking conditions.Finally in 1000 kV in ZheJiang ford RongCheng stand in high voltage engineering application examples of the procedural operation as analysis object,this paper 1000 kV RongCheng stand the function of procedure,and elaborate on the site in the procedure of the acceptance process,including five prevention and operation acceptance.Emphasis on procedure in the implementation of the 1000 kV RongCheng station and executed in the process of operation,safety analysis.By comparing the traditional brake operation effectiveness analysis,prove procedure in ac UHV USA won the good application effect.In this paper,the research content,the procedure in the application of ac UHV substation study has a certain scientific reference value.
