Along with the development of society and industry,energy demand increase and the contradiction in energy crisis and environmental degradation,so it is urgent to adjust the energy structure.In terms of industrial power equipment,are to bring their own small and medium-sized boiler equipment as heating load,but small and medium-sized parameters boiler emissions of low energy efficiency and pollution is serious.So countries develop the natural gas distributed energy,and alternatives to traditional coal-fired power,in order to reduce the serious effect of industrial and heating season coal emissions.But in the process of extensive use of natural gas heating,often exists as a high quality energy of gas burning heating only,there is a serious problem of "high energy low use".This paper is aimed at the industrial park with the actual situation,to simulate a distributed and Industrial Park,power supply system,the demand side according to the different needs of users to achieve energy temperature counterparts,cascade utilization of energy supply mode.Therefore,firstly analyzes how to establish a set of criterion of distributed integration method the energy system,which in turn from the device layer and system layer optimization operation layer four link layer configuration optimization improvement.And introduces three kinds of integrated systems currently used: skilled production system of gas boiler based on cogeneration system of gas turbine engine /cogeneration system based on gas-steam combined cycle based on.In reference for distributed energy energy to explore the literature at home and abroad,this paper studies the method of equivalent power consumption mentality,to gas-steam combined cycle cooling/heating link analysis of equivalent power consumption;For gas turbine and waste heat boiler thermodynamic process analysis,found that the gas turbine combined cycle units provide low pressure steam and water used for cooling/heating,power drop,compared with the pure power condition is set to provide hot water and low pressure steam is used for cooling/heating energy cost,this part is the equivalent power consumption of cooling/heating unit.Finally,in collecting the first-hand data of industrial enterprises home development zone,in beverage,pharmaceutical equipment,machine and the nature of the three enterprises,a total of four manufacturers of power load,thermal load and cooling loaddata as a reference,the beverage,pharmaceutical industry to the total heat load demand,working stability,low public quality parameters steam,for heating equipment for small and medium sized coal fired boiler;the cooling load of electric refrigeration and equipment.And the ammonia refrigeration machine enterprises on the heat load of the main air heat exchange device for electric heating furnace and micro gas heating drying device.Taking into account the existence of this four companies can use common at the same time,also have different degrees of "high energyLow " problem,meet the overall load conditions in the simulation design of a gas steam combined cycle system,and do the static economic analysis and comparison of traditional energy economy,analyzes the impact of the price of natural gas and coal and environmental factors end.
