Unit modulating control system(MCS)mainly includes the coordination control system and boiler side modulating control systems and turbine side modulating control systems.Coordinated control system as an important automatic control system are widely used in power plants at home and abroad,its performance has direct influence on unit operation.Coordinated control system due to the machine,furnace located at the top of the whole unit control,the quality of the coordinated control system into not only depends on the coordination of the system itself,but also with lower level of each input of the control system is directly related to quality.Boiler combustion control system for modulating control systems including,risk control system,risk control system,water supply control system and steam temperature control system,etc.Side of the boiler modulating control system configuration design and setting parameters directly affect the control quality of control system.As far as possible in order to improve the regulating quality of each system,each control system design in full consideration of the effects of related factors,and introduced the corresponding signal of feedforward control,variable parameters PID control,etc.Exampled by a certain power plant of huaneng tianjin based on the engineering practice support of retrofitting DCS # 5 units with design and optimization of modulating control system for 300 MW Once-through Boiler Power Generation Unit for the research topic,and finish the boiler side modulating control system configuration design and optimization test,complete the coordinated control system configuration analysis and optimization test.The control system involved includes coordinated control system,feedwater control system,superheat and reheat temperature control system,air volume,oxygen regulation system,coal mill control system.To part of the control system configuration design and analysis,according to the problems existing in the original logic,optimize the control system design,in order to improve the quality of the system to adjust.
