In recent years,due to the rapid development and improvement of China’s national economy and science and technology,grid construction has been more and more widely concerned,so that the importance of project progress and quality management has been reflected.Nowadays,the power grid construction has already become the pillar industry of economic development,the transportation of electric power and the operation safety of power network are closely related to the construction management of transmission line project.Electric power enterprises as one of the basic industries of national development,provide a guarantee for our national life,social production provides a convenient,however,with the fierce market competition,the development and engineering project of new technology continues to expand the scale,the management departments of the construction of electric power enterprises in the more detailed division of labor,the more requirements high.So,the transmission line project in the construction work should implement the full scientific quality management,and improve the efficiency of the project to meet the requirements and ensure the completion of quality objectives.And the transmission project is a high-risk operation,causing construction quality used to evaluate a project the most important image factors,if the quality of construction can not be guaranteed,then the project will appear stagnation Before the situation,and then the entire project plan impact.Therefore,the quality management of engineering projects is imminent.Based on the theory of engineering quality management and the example of 66 kV line project of Gaoquan-Hot Spring Temple,this paper puts forward the control program of project quality management system by using PDCA cycle,WBS to conduct detailed decomposition structure of project construction,and LEC to carry out safety risk assessment on safety risk factors,thus this paper studies the application of project quality management in power transmission line engineering.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of project quality management at home and abroad,and constructs the main research contents and framework of this paper by clarifying the theory and application of project quality management.Secondly,the paper clearly defines the relevant theoretical concepts of the quality management of the project,introduces the theory from the aspects of the connotation and function of the project quality planning and the method of project quality management.Finally,the main body of the paper has outlined the project of Gaoguan-Hot Spring Temple 66 kV Line Project,and uses the quality planning theory to plan and decompose the total quality management objectives and sub-targets of the project,and establish the project quality management target system.According to the risk factors,the project overall quality risk control measures and sub-target quality control are put forward,and the quality of the project is analyzed and the quality of the project is analyzed and the quality of the project is analyzed.Measures.The quality control measures proposed in this paper have been applied in this project,and have good applicability.But in the follow-up research and engineering practice still need to further improve and refine the hope that the quality of similar projects to provide a good reference.
