The construction of transmission line engineering needs great energy,material and artificial input.If we cannot control the quality of construction well,we will bury a lot of hidden dangers and even lead to unexpected safety accidents.The loss of personal property will be immeasurable.Therefore,from the perspective of cost investment or from the perspective of personal safety,we must strictly manage the quality of construction and take it as the core link of the whole construction process.Because of the characteristics of the industry,the construction of the transmission line project involves a lot and lots of links.Therefore,we must make detailed assessment indicators,including a large number of qualitative indicators and specific quantitative indicators.This shows that there are qualitative factors that affect the safety management in the construction of transmission line engineering.Construction safety management is the cornerstone of engineering construction.No matter when it is in the early stage or after construction,it will have a direct impact on the realization of functions after being put into use,and is closely related to the safety of life and property of the people and the state.With the continuous progress of science and the coming of information age,the theories and technologies that serve the construction of transmission lines are constantly upgrading and improving.The introduction of high technology provides a lot of higher security ways and methods for engineering construction,and realizes the dual goal of engineering management and safety management.In order to further study the safety management of engineering project of transmission line,the author takes the voltage for the Austin head-500 volt Yufeng II back line project for example(hereinafter referred to as the heavy head-Yufeng transmission line project).According to the safety management of the project,this paper used quantitative and qualitative methods,to construct a hierarchical analysis model,and then from the engineering characteristics and the actual situation,give full consideration to the actual needs of the construction of the in-depth study of a set of high quality evaluation index.The high standard quality management needs not only the scientific management theory and the method as support,but also the powerful management measures to carry out.According to Austin head project Yufeng transmission lines this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality in favor of the project,for the future improvement of the project management work pointed out a new direction.
