With the research topic from the State Grid science and technology project named research on key technologies of 4G multi service bearer for power mobile Internet applications(No.SGRIXTKJ[2015]349),this paper designs and implements the spectrum monitoring system control center for power applications according to the application scenarios and the functional requirements of the spectrum monitoring system for power applications.Based on B/S architecture,the control center implements the functions of terminal control and management,user management,spectrum display,data query and terminal positioning,and with the responsive layout as well as friendly user interface the control center can be accessed through different terminals.The testing results show that the control center satisfies all the functional requirements and has a stable performance.There are five chapters in this paper.The contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this topic and gives a brief introduction of the main content of this thesis and the contents of each chapter.In the second chapter,the application scenarios and functional requirements of the spectrum monitoring system for power applications are analyzed,the overall scheme of the spectrum monitoring system for power applications is designed,and the implementation scheme of the spectrum monitoring system control center for power applications are designed in detail.In the third chapter,the communication mechanism of the spectrum monitoring system for power applications is designed,the software architecture,database and positioning module of the control center are designed concretely,and the implementation method of multi terminal access is confirmed.In the fourth chapter,the modules of terminal control and management,spectrum data display,user management and terminal location display as well as the responsive user interface are implemented according to the flow-process diagram of the control center,and the security measures of the control center are provided.In the fifth chapter,the function modules of the control center and the performance of the control center combined with the monitoring terminals is tested,the existing problems are analyzed and the improved scheme is given.
