With the localization of EMU and improvement of running speed,puts forward higher request on railway safety,the EMU anti-skid braking system plays a important role on railway transportation safety.When the EMU is applied to brake,it can monitor the running state of EMU through the wheel slide decision.Due to the change of wheel-rail adhesion,it can control brake cylinder to discharge the air in the coming slide stage.In order to prevent the slide of the wheel,it quickly lows the braking force.When sticking to recover,the corresponding brake cylinder is recharged,and the braking force is raised to the set value in time.So,its function is to maximize the adhesion between the wheel-rails and to shorten the braking distance.In this paper,we kown the characteristics of the anti-skid system through the study of anti-skid system.By understanding the development and present situation of the anti-slip system at home and abroad,we find that our country is deficient on the research of anti-skid system.By studying the principle of the wheel rails,the essential reason for the gliding is mastered.Based on CRH5 EMU as the research object,this paper introduces the EMU structure and working principle of anti-skid braking system.Using the MATLAB software simulate analysis on it,and found the change of speed and cylinder pressure between not anti-skid measures and anti-skid control on.Combining the application CRH5 EMU itself to analyze the reliability of the anti-skid braking system,finally it is concluded that the main reason for the bullet brush wheel,and some improvement measures are put forward.
