The anti-skid brake control box is an important control device for the aircraft brake system and plays an important role in the safe take-off and smooth landing of the aircraft.Aircraft will face complex and varied weather,runway conditions,and the short duration of the landing process,which requires the brake control box with a safe and reliable,rapid response and anti-interference ability and so on in the braking process.At present,the control effect of traditional brake box control algorithm in different runway environment is still some unsatisfactory,and effect of the brake box control algorithm can not directly be tested on the aircraft test.In view of the above phenomena,this paper designs and realizes the semi-physical simulation platform for the aircraft,and on this basis,simulates the control characteristics of the brake control box at all stages of the brake in the actual situation.Firstly,by Analysis of the requirements of the semi-physical simulation platform and structure and working principle of the braking system of a certain type of aircraft,the semi-physical simulation technology is used to design the simulation platform.The body and the main brake system components of the force are analyzed,and we establish dynamic equations.On this basis,the simulation platform with Germany SimulationX simulation software,carry out and the real-time simulation by establishing the wheel model and the gas-liquid brake system model,and the simulation results are analyzed.Aiming at the common brake algorithm,this paper analyzes the reason of poor braking effect on the wet slippery track,and puts forward a control algorithm theory based on BP neural network to adjust the deceleration rate of the reference speed and verify the effect in Simulation platform at last.On the basis of the overall design of the simulation platform,we build a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform to complete the semi-physical simulation platform hardware and software design.The main part of Hardware use of NI's embedded PXI system,and match the relevant data acquisition card,single fault analogue relay,analog load and the corresponding hardware circuit.Software part of theplatform use LabVIEW language developed by NI to complete the semi-physical simulation platform PC human-computer interaction interface development,data communication,braking process of the various stages of normal and fault simulation test,real-time test results show and store,can meet Semi-physical simulation platform for real-time and interactive needs.Finally,We can get anti-skid brake control box control characteristics in the semi-physical simulation platform by simulating the aircraft in the braking process at all stages.The results show that the semi-physical simulation platform can reflect the various stages of the aircraft braking process,and provide the data support and guarantee for the brake theory and It is of great significance.
