Through the present situation of domestic lead-acid battery production equipment manufacturers of lead-acid battery production enterprises obtained production equipment is mainly divided into:direct imitation production stage,professional production stage,automatic production line three,and in three types of production enterprises were introduced respectively.Mechanical design methods based on the analysis of books and documents,that completes the lead-acid battery production equipment research and development mainly to:scientific and technological intelligence and market research work;consider the reliability problems of personal health and equipment design;adopting green design;design should use the ergonomic design idea;using CAD technology;good technical reserves and technology the accumulation,to avoid the infringement;good mechanical design and electrical designers to work together,to review the design scheme,get reasonable scheme.The development and design of the lead-acid battery for grinding plate headset,existing products through market investigation and analysis;design;structure design;the expected production rate,productivity calculation;grinding force;the clamping cylinder;the feeding cylinder;accounting plate feeding platform strength analysis;motion simulation;post production equipment debugging,make a Taiwan to meet the needs of the user equipment.
