At present,China is in a period of rapid growth of automobile consumption,in which automobile production,inventory and scrap have been increasing rapidly.Huge number of scrapped vehicles are bringing great pressure on China's resource and environment.Recycling and remanufacturing of scrapped vehicle parts can not only make full use of the residual value of scrapped vehicles,but also be conducive to resource conservation and environment protection,while help to achieve the sustainable development of the automobile industry.In order to enhance the profitability of enterprises and realize the remanufacturing industry economic and social benefit It,it is important to study the auto parts remanufacturing supply chain performance for decision-making of enterprise management and government policy.This dissertation embodies the main features of auto parts remanufacturing supply chain in China,such as national remanufacturing policy and regulation,remanufacturing market characteristic,and manufacturer leading.The dissertation exams economic performance and green performance of the remanufacturing supply chain considering the above features.The main context contains the following details.(1)The influence of external factors on the performance of remanufacturing supply chain.We build the remanufacturing supply chain model using the system dynamic method,and test the effectiveness of the model.Then the influence rules of government subsidies,policy constraints,and customer acceptance rate on the economic performance,that is delivery rate,are analyzed.The green performance remanufacturing rate of the supply chain is also obtained.It is found that with the increase in government subsidies,delivery rates of all members of the supply chain are gradually increased.The government subsidies stimulate the market,and improve economic performance,but do not affect the green performance directly.With the increase of policy constraints,each member of the supply chain gradually reduces its delivery rate,which shows that the restraint of the government limits the development of remanufacturing,reduces the economic performance and the green performance.With the increase of the degree of customer acceptance rate,delivery rates of vehicle manufacturers and remanufacturers increase significantly,while the change of the manufacturer's delivery rate is not clear.This shows that influence of customer acceptance rate of remanufacturing part is complex,even though remanufacturing rate increasing shows that the customer acceptance rate is helpful to enhance green performance of remanufacturing supply chain.The impact of the customer acceptance rate on economic performance of the remanufacturing supply chain will be decided by structure and membership.This will be studied in the following section.(2)The influence rule of remanufacturing supply chain structure and pattner' decisions on the performance.In both the single market and double markets scenarios,we study the member' pricing decisions in the different supply chain structure based on game theory.Under different game relationship,decision making sequence and members' payoff,each member's pricing decisions are obtained.Then,combined with the customer accept rate changing,the green performance and economic performance are analyzed under different supply chain structure.In the single after-sale service market case,the study finds that the manufacturer will always allow the remanufacturer to engage in remanufacturing activities.While only when the customer acceptance rate is greater than the ratio of remanufacturing product cost to the cost of new product,the manufacturer will be willing to engage in remanufacturing activities.The price of the new product will not be affected by remanufactured product,but the market share of new product will be eroded by remanufactured product.The new product prices under centralized and decentralized modes are same,while remanufacturing product price in decentralized mode is greater than that in centralized mode.Production of remanufactured product in centralized mode is greater than that in decentralized mode.Productions of new product under two modes will be decided by customer acceptance rate of remanufactured product.In dual market(new vehicle market and after-sales service market coexisting)case,the study finds that,remanufacturing supply chain members' decision influence is positive related to members' position in the market.Effect of parameters of new and remanufacturing products to the decisions,and between the decisions,the impact of same product is greater than that between different products.Customer acceptance rate of remanufactured product is the main factor to affect the competition between two products.Basing on the real world data of remanufacturing supply chain of a heavy truck engine,the influence rule of customer acceptance rate on supply chain members' decisions is studied through numerical simulation.Combining with the current policy background of remanufacturing enterprise operation,industry environment and the characteristics in China,the dissertation studies the performance of manufacturer-leading auto parts remanufacturing supply chain.The study will not only improve the academic research on remanufacturing supply chain,but also be helpful to guide the enterprises' practice in remanufacturing activities,to develop remanufacturing industry,and to provide the basis for the government to formulate industrial policy on remanufacturing industry in China.
