Study On Improvement Countermeasures And Current Situations Of Maritime Patrol In Tianjin Jurisdiction

Tianjin is a port city and the sea shipping of Tianjin’s healthy running and development can not without the maritime supervision.As a daily activities of maritime management mode,maritime cruising is charge of maintaining national rights and interests,protecting property and safety of life at sea,protecting the Marine environment clean and other important tasks.Research and solving the problems of the process of the maritime cruising Is of great significance.In the backdrop of the rapid development of shipping industry,this thesis summarized and analyzed the present situation of the Tianjin maritime cruising power and made a detailed description of the development,responsibilities,equipment,personnel and operation mechanism and so on of Tianjin maritime cruising power.By contrast to the advanced international maritime law enforcement power,and the analysis of Tianjin maritime cruising,this thesis arrived at the limitation and shortage of maritime cruising power in Tianjin.Which is Embodied in: equipped with backward,equipment and personnel system design flaws,insufficient ability construction,etc.According to the actual circumstances of the defects and deficiencies,this thesis put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to the construction of Tianjin maritime patrol and cruise work efficiency improvement,such as increasing the financial investment;optimizing the design of the system of maritime cruising;Improving the maritime cruising ability construction and so on.It is hoped that the study on Tianjin maritime cruising could provide a new train of thought about the construction of Tianjin maritime patrol team even the construction of China’s maritime patrol team.And it is also hoped that this study can contribute to maritime traffic safety,marine environment protection and the rescue of property and life at sea of China.
