| In morden building field,steel structure has become one of the most popular structure applied for high rise building.The good properties of steel structure is: high hardness,strength,good ductility and a light material.For high rise building structure,vertical gravity load is not the most important factor but lateral load.Therefore,leteral resistant system become an important part of total structure.The resistant system determines not only structure’s stability,bearing capacity,earthquake resistibility capacity but also economical efficiency.Thus,study of leteral resistant system becomes an important topic.Steel plate shear wall with slits is a new kind of resistant system with good ductility and energy dissipation capacity,the system has been researched carefully both in china and in the world,It was also applied to the real structures.The weakness of steel plate shear wall with slits is its out of plane hardness reduced because of slits.Through studying the strongpoint and weaknees of steel plate shear wall with slits and several kind of stiffeners,this thesis introduce a new leteral resistant system called I-shaped stiffener steel plate shear wall with slits,by using laser to make slits on steel wall with distance b and height h to devide the wall into some steel flat bars,both side of each bar is welded with steel flat bar to be a I-shaped column.By theoretical analysis and using FEM structure analysis program-ANSYS to study mechanical properties of I-shaped stiffener steel plate shear wall with slits and several factors affect to the steel wall.The analysis result shows that I-shaped stiffener steel plate shear wall with slits have good capacities such as high bearing capacity,good ductility and energy dissipation capacity.The detail is listed as below:1.Study I-shaped steel plate shear wall with slits force features,suppose some basic suppositions,constraint condition,find out calculation formula for its hardness,elasticity period bearing capacity and the biggest bearing capacity.2.Study on buckling mode of I-shaped steel plate shear wall with slits.Compare between I-shaped stiffenter shear wall with slits and non-slits shear wall and non-stiffener shear wall with slits,the result is I-shaped buckling eigenvalue of stiffener shear wall with slits is 2.15 time higher the others.3.Study on hysteresis behavior of I-shaped steel plate shear wall with slits compared between three kind of walls,include non-slits shear wall,non-stiffener shear wall with slits and I-shaped stiffener steel plate shear wall with slits,and I-shaped stiffener shear wall with slits show its hysteresis behavior is better than the others,more steady and full.It’s inelastic strength is 2 time higher than the others 2 kind of walls.4.Study on strain,stress and plastic deformation distribution.These main stress and plastic deformation focus on two ends of I-shaped column.5.Study on economical efficiency,the result is I-shaped stiffener shear wall with slits can reduce the consumption coefficient by 16%.6.Study on several effect factor,such as slit manufacture factors,stiffener factors and summary out the suitable value of these factors. |
