The test-machine is a very important machine that used for testing accuracy. It has been used for the control of raw material and the research of the ability of raw material. This machine can used for all material. It has been used widly include universities and colleges, industry, trading company, aviation, space flight and the filed of the military region.The embedded-system is used on the test-machine in the thesis. The USB interface is studied as a module of the function. The following are the major contents in the thesis:1. The hardware structure of the system which is made up by the microchip AT91RM9200 is introduced. The circuit of the periphery is designed,2. The real-Time operating system Linux is replanted. The system has good ability of real-time processing because it takes charge distributing all hardware resource, attempering tasks, controlling and corresponding coordinate tasks.3. A communication net system that adopts the Modbus protocol constructed by the USB interface in industrial control is discussed. Both features are analyzed. The hardware connections of the standard and user-defined device driver that are identified by the USB interface of the host computer are given.The HHARM9200, VC++ has been used in the research on the Windows and Linux platform. The result has been proved feasible.
