"13th Five-Year" national planning will promote the application of smart grid into key projects,the smart meter is one of the most important terminal equipment of the smart grid,with electrical parameter measurement,data processing,data transmission,alarm and fault detection,remote communication and other functions,is the measurement and power grid safety testing equipment indispensable power production and life.The current networking capabilities and remote control methods of smart meters are developing.It is important to promote the booming industrial Ethernet and Internet of things technology into smart meters.Based on the basic application process of the traditional smart meter,this paper makes a deepresearch on the Ethernet communication and the SMS control function of the multi-function control meter:1.First of all,the hardware platform of the meter,STM32 platform,is determined.Using the "double CPU" solution,with other hardware modules,realization of electrical parameter measurement,communication and remote control functions,the meter and other industrial equipment can complete communication and control tasks well,at the same time,the meter can be conveniently into the smart grid system.2.The software system based onthree major protocol stacksof?C/OS-II,LwIP and FreeModbus,is discussed.The sub modules of metersoftware system architecture,Modbus communication,SMS control and electrical parameter measurement are deeply studied.The coordination between the protocol stack,the communication process and the conversion,encapsulation and queuing process of measurement data are discussed in detail.3.Based on the meter,discusses its application in building system in the implementation process,focus on thecommunicationprocess and analysis of relationship between variables and message function,from the electric power monitoring,SMS control,SMS alarm and PID control for building air conditioning control to complete the experiments.4.Based on the meter,discusses its application in industrial pump system in the implementation process,focus on the analysis of transmission network pump between the devices and control the flow of data from the SMS control,SMS alarm,network equipment and fuzzy control is used to finish the experiment.The control of pump unit.The results of this study show new ideas and a variety of smart meters can control function with the traditional smart meter integrated Ethernet communication and SMS control function,multi table one.It solves the difficult problem of equipment confusion in the traditional scheme,and also makes full use of the operation ability of the integrated control unit the idea and the implementation process has certain guiding significance for the development of smart meters,at the same time,the application on several occasions to meter realize,compatibility and convenience have been fully reflected,also shows that in the smart meter based on the future of newterminal will have a wide prospects.
