Since the 21st century,with the rapid economic development,Energy shortage has become the common problem the world needs to face.Solar energy as a new energy,has been wide concerned because of its inexhaustible and pollution-free.Solar energy is one of the most promising energy.Now the common way to collect solar energy is to use photovoltaic cells.However,the development of materials is limited,consider cost factors,the efficiency of solar cells is not satisfactory.In this paper,the dual-axis photoelectric solar tracker allows the panel always facing the sun,which can increase efficiency without changing existing materials.It can use as a solar stove or sun observer even after the solar cell conversion rate has a major breakthrough.A model of daily radiation and annual radiation receives was built by Simulink to compare the amount of reception when solar panels were fixed or tracking the sun,and draw the curve in different circumstances,to illustrate the need to make a sun tracker.After horizontal comparison,the tracker uses photo resistor matrix as the senso,uses open source electronic prototype platform Arduino board as a control system,uses steering gear as a drive,And use DC-DC module,Ethernet connection board as auxiliary module.The tracker is equipped with a battery and a MPPT(Maximum power point tracking)controller.This paper defines the overall drive structure,completes the overall control system design,structural design and Arduino board programming.A prototype is made to test its function.Finally,in order to meet the needs of remote control,the tracker uses Yeelink as the Internet of Things cloud service platform to realize the remote view of the servo position,remote control servo switch and other functions.
