In recent years,with the progressing of modern city,the earth's surface of predominant penetrability is covered by buildings and roads,rainfall runoff on laid below the surface of municipal pipeline given emissions.In coping with global problems under the background of the rain flood,the"sponge city" comes into our country,the idea was proposed which has been widely used in urban construction.While the campus as a part of city system,it can be as the carrier of the stormwater management program.The article analyses foreign mature theory and technical measures,from the landscape design in the field of stormwater management,simulating natural hydrological cycle,from the source control runoff,to realize the recycling use of the rain.In this paper,the method of field investigation is used to evaluate the potential of rainwater collection in Harbin,The results show:If rainfall runoff can be collected absolutely,the yearly rainwater resources in colleges and universities in Harbin could collect rain water up to 1102.77 104m3,which accounts for about 42.7%of the total annual rainfall.As a whole,it is proved that reasonable collect the rainwater resources which could save water resource.This paper comes up with reasonable countermeasures,which takes Northeast Agricultural University in Harbin as the research object of practice,relies on natural conditions and present status of land-use and is according to the current campus rainwater hidden.In addition,based on the requirements of the construction of the sponge City,this paper determines the objectives and principles of campus rainwater management,and establishes the stomwater management plan that the core are natural purification and recovery of stormwater natural circulation process.According to the different characteristics of profound,green roofs,roads,square these three kinds of underlying surface,this paper chose technical measures with different ecological efficiency.In addition,this paper determines the runoff direction according to the site of the original elevation,and followed the principle of the development of low impact,that made decentralized arrangement of the layout of integration stormwater management facilities.I made a reasonable assessment of the optimization modification scheme,according to the hydrological characteristics of the study area and terrain model,and the SWMM model was used to simulate the runoff flow field under the initial conditions and under the application of LID facilities condition,the two parts of data are used to analysis for comparison,which reached to this result that after the transformation of optimizing campus environment surface runoff can be effectively reduced,the arrival of the runoff peak can be delayed as well,and has a certain effect on the control of ordinary small rainfall events.Through the research on the design of stormwater management system on campus,expanding the scope from the field of landscape to stormwater management areas,I strive to make the campus environment to own the function of entertainment,learning and communication as a base,and can be used as a carrier to runoff and exert its potential ecological benefits,in order to alleviate the city drainage pressure,and add new creativity for the sustainable development of the city.
