As the core part of the power system,the power plant belongs to the class B earthquake resistant building,which is the function of the earthquake can not be interrupted or need to restore the building as soon as possible.The turbine generator foundation is the main structure of the steam turbine generator set in power plant.Its design not only meets the requirements of structural strength,but also meets the needs of equipment installation.In view of its importance and the complexity and specificity of the structure,it is necessary to study the seismic performance of the structure,so as to provide some reference for the innovation design and the selection of this kind of complex structure.In this paper,a power plant 1000MW turbine generator foundation as the prototype,through similarity principle,design scale model test 1:10.The basic model of the turbo generator is studied:(1)The dynamic characteristics of the structural model are tested,and the mode shapes,natural frequencies and damping ratios are obtained.The dynamic stiffness of the bearing at the base of the steam turbine is analyzed by using the method of hammering,and the operation stability of the bearing support under the action of the steam load is verified.(2)On the basis of the structure model of the pseudo dynamic test of more than 8 degrees and 8 degrees in rare case two cases,get the seismic responses,including displacement,acceleration,strain of steel,angle of floor displacement and hysteretic energy and some performance index.(3)The pseudo static test is carried out on the basic model structure,and the model structure is subjected to low cyclic loading until the model structure is completely destroyed.In this paper,the damage process,the position of plastic hinge,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,ductility coefficient,ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness degradation and so on are studied.In this paper,we make a comprehensive study on the natural vibration characteristics and seismic performance of the turbine generator foundation.The results can be used as reference for seismic design of similar steam turbine foundation in seismic area.
