With the rapid development of China's economy,China's automobile production and sales won the first in the world for eight consecutive years.In 2016,car production and sales were more than 28 mil ion,accounting for about 25% of the global market.But with the gradual saturation of the market,automobile manufacturers compete more and more intense,low-cost high-quality production methods is the only way for outstanding car companies.Assembly as the final part of production,is the closest part of the customer.When the product have quality problems due to assembly process,the other parts of the processing value will be wasted,the assembly is usual y the highest cost of defects in the whole manufacturing process.The mechanical assembly is always finished by human and workers are difficult to replace by the machine because of its complex operation.Human uncertainty and complexity bring a lot of uncontrollable factors to the manufacturing cost and quality of the product.Firstly,in this paper,basic operations of mechanical assembly line are studied,and the behavior process model of the basic operation of mechanical assembly line is established.According to the behavioral process model of operation,three complexity indexes of basic operation are defined,which are operational complexity of information perception stage,operational complexity of information processing stage and operational complexity of the action process,and a quantitative evaluation system of operational complexity indexes is established.Secondly,based on the complexity of the basic operations,five complexity indexes of mechanical assembly station are defined,which are station complexity of the action process,station complexity of the action state,station complexity of the perceived process,station complexity of the information processing process,and station complexity of the information processing status,and the quantitative evaluation system of station complexity index is established.Then the framework model of complex analysis of mechanical assembly station is put forward.Furthermore,according to the analysis framework of station complexity of mechanical assembly line,the complexities of the station in the research background are calculated.Using the regression analysis function of SPSS,the forecasting model of human error rate of assembly station is constructed.Finally,via the forecasting model,the directions and advises for the improvement process of the enterprise are provided.In this paper,the complexities of mechanical assembly station as the main line,the behavior process model of the basic operation of mechanical assembly line is established.Then,a quantitative evaluation system of operational complexity indexes is established.Based on the complexities of basic operations,the framework model of complex analysis of mechanical assembly station is established.An example is made on the background of the reducer assembly line,and the failure prediction model of the assembly station is established.
