The aircraft engine is equivalent to the heart of the aircraft, and its health status has a great impact on flight safety. In order to monitor the health of the aircraft, the passenger airliner is equipped with a QAR(quick access recorder)recorder. Therefore,we can study the performance changes and control laws of the engine through the analysis of QAR data.Due to the large amount of QAR data, only some important parameters are selected to study the correlation using complexity metrics. In this paper, the Lempel-Ziv complexity measurement method is deeply studied. The relationship between the parameters of the pneumatic system is analyzed by defining the phylogenetic map of the system clustering by defining the binary LZ complexity.A ternary LZ complexity measurement method is proposed to further investigate the relationship between the performance parameters of the gas path. The results show that the relationship between the parameters based on the ternary LZ measurement is more vivid than the mapping based on the binary LZ measurement.Secondly, the mutual information and average mutual information method are applied to define the mutual information distance matrix to study the internal structure of the pneumatic system.Further,a minimum spanning tree method based on mutual information distance is proposed to analyze the interaction of various parameters of the pneumatic system; The time series recurrence interval is introduced into the complexity-entropy causality plane method results show that the parameter data of different stages of civil aviation flight has different statistical characteristics. Finally, the multiscale characteristics of civil aviation engines are analyzed, and the correlation between multiscale horizontal visibility map correlation analysis and detrend cross-correlation coefficient detection and evaluation of aero-engine pneumatic system variables is applied. The results show that the temperature-related parameters,rotor-related parameters and pressure-related parameters are more dependent in the pneumatic system.
