Study On Risk Assessment Of Buildings Across Dikes In The Yellow River Embankment

The building across dikes is built on the Yellow River embankment for the purpose of flood diversion,drainage,irrigation,water supply and transmission.Many of the buildings have important economic and social benefits because of their own functions,and their own safety status directly affects the normal operation of embankments.However,there is no specific research on the safety evaluation of the embankment in our country.In this paper,through the investigation and research on the building across dikes inthe Yellow River embankment,combined with the theoretical knowledge of the risk assessment,the safety risk assessment of all kinds of the building across dikes inthe Yellow River embankment was carried out,the main research results are as follows:(1)According to the six basic principles of the establishment of buildings across the dike safety risk evaluation index system,the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators,and establish risk evaluation index system of sluices,culverts,pipeline and other types of buildings across the dike.(2)Uncertain Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to the calculation of the weights of each index in the sluice,culvert and pipe evaluation index system.In the calculation of the weight of each index,the group judgment theory and credibility considering the expert level are introduced,improvingthe scientific of index weight calculation.(3)This paper studies the evaluation standards and measurement standards of each evaluation index of various types of buildings across dikes.The quantitative model is established for the qualitative and quantitative indexes respectively.The evaluation value of each evaluation index is obtained by expert scoring method.(4)According to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the breakwater construction is built.According to the concrete example,the concrete calculation process of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the levee,the levee and the dike is given,which verifies the feasibility and validity of the method.According to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the building across dikes is constructed.According to the concrete example,the concrete calculation process of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the crossing-dyke sluice and the crossing-dykeCulvert and the crossing-dykepipe is given,which proves the feasibility and validity of the method.
