Reseach On Process Post-evaluation Of Water Engineering For Building

Water project for building is a set of engineering project facilities which pressurizes water, heats water or treats water through municipal pipe to transportate it to each water point in the building and which collect contaminated water that was used and rainfall to drain water outside or in municipal drainage pipe or as miscellaneous water after it is treated.The water project for building which runs well makes people’s work and living environment more comfortable, convenient, health and safety.Our country began to study the post evaluation late.So the building of the water project evaluation study is less,and lack applications. For the characteristics of building of the water project evaluation and the index system and the content is more less,that causes the serious influence in the practical application of architecture of the water project. Therefore, this paper put forward the model and method of the post evaluation of building water engineering project,and make application in the post evaluation of water engineering project in building.This paper studys theory, content, method of the project evaluation. We will discuss and analysy the basic concepts such as the principles of evaluation, the content evaluation process. Through referring to the index system of post evaluation and the green building evaluation system, we can establish index system framework used in construction project evaluation. This paper uses AHP and entropy weight method combining method to determine the empowerment index weight. We usesthe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for foshan mobile complex building of the water supply system and drainage system’s decision-making process, the design process, construction process and operation management process and so on and get comprehensive evaluation results of the water system and the drainage system. According to the comprehensive evaluation result, we make single sort for all evaluation indexes by AHP to get absolute weight of The evaluation indexes for at all levels total goal.Then we analysis evaluation index which is more important by software so we obtains the important evaluation index and the important indexes. According to importance degree, compared to the calculation result of earlier, We learn impact of different importance degree evaluation in the project, so that we strengthen important evaluation index control, and control general evaluation index in water project for building in the later. In different stages, we take various measures to control. On the one hand, we can highlight our focus, on the other hand we can also improve engineering value content.
