Along with presentation of the "made in China 2025" and the development of the national economy,greater demands are being placed on mechanical equipment technology.In the field of force measurement,many new materials,new technique,and new technology has been applied to force standard machine,with the improve of equipment performance,its structure and the control mode is becoming more and more complex.In order to adapt to the requirements of the new situation,we need to make new research on structure and control of force standard machine.As the highest accuracy force measurement equipment,the loading precision of deadweight force standard machine has been the highest standard in the field of force standard machine.In this paper,we try to change the structure and control system of1 k N deadweight force standard machine,make the performance of force standard machine to higher stage.First of all,the structure of 1k N deadweight force standard machine is designed,mainly including main frame,weight drive parts,weightcomponents,drive components,hanging components,anti swing mechanism etc.The mechanical properties of main components are analyzed.Secondly,according to the counter-force problem during weight exchange,this paper proposed a sliding clamping theory which adopts the method of holding the hanging parts for weight exchange,established a mechanical model and designed a clamping device.Through action of the device,the influence of the counter-force on measurement precision is eliminated,and th accuracy of test data is improved.Again,based on electrical independent loading technology and hanging part anti swing technology,this paper presented a automatic control system which use PLC controller and touch screen(HMI)technology as the core.The control system is applied to deadweight force standard machine,which complete the automation offorce measurement and data processing and improve measuring efficiency.In the aspect of hardware,selection and connection of electrical components are completed,and control flow chart and control circuit are designed.In the aspect of software,the communication of the control system and the configuration of PLC and HMI are.completed.The design of PLC program and the design of HMI interface are completed.Finally,the performance test of deadweight force standard machine is carried out.According to the verification regulation of the weighing sensor,the static load characteristic and creep test of the sensor are completed.An experiment was performed to eliminate counter-force during weight exchange.Through above experiments,deadweight force standard machine which is designed can meet requirements.The combination of HMI and PLC control mode can display the running state of t machine in real time,so as to facilitate operation of the technicians and increase the reliability of control system.
