Social electrification level gradually improve,electric has fill in People's Daily life,but also bring all kinds of living in the event,cause huge losses and property losses.In electrical line fault,the circuit breaker failure was the most outstanding.Circuit breaker is one of the common terminal equipment of power system,relative to the system in terms of current and voltage,are uncertain,prone to overvoltage,such as flow,harmonics interference,new influence power system stability.Intelligent development level directly affects the stability and safety of electrical system of the whole.Current in the circuit breaker control,the introduction of technology including remote sensing test and control technology,including synchronous close control technology is one of the intelligent technology are preface,can reduce the transient effect of the future,improve the system stability.In order to reduce the electromagnetic transient effect caused by circuit breaker,a synchronous control system is designed.Taking the VS1-12/M permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker as the research object,this paper designs the synchronous closing control system.The subject is divided into six parts,the first part introduces the research background and related research,extensive collection of related technology of synchronous control system,in-depth analysis of the current progress in the research of the synchronous control technology,a clear research direction.In the second part,the operating mechanism of VS-12/M permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker is introduced,and the working principle is analyzed.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis of synchronization control technology design principle,factors of synchronous control technology and modeling and simulation analyzed,focuses on the influence of pre breakdown,environmental temperature and control voltage on synchronous control.Synchronous closing control system using DSP TMA 320LF2407 A as the core component,with TMS320LF2407 A module,communication circuit breaker with PC,the design of synchronous closing control system,realize the design of the communication system through the CAN bus,software design based on DSP integrated development environment,for example,MATLAB is used to build the simulation platform to verify the atrial fibrillation.The reliability of control system of synchronous design,synchronous closing control system on the one hand,prolong the service time of the circuit breaker,can also protect other electrical equipment,improving the stability of electrical system.Finally,summarize the full text.
