Research On Standardization Management Of The Project Of Datang Xiangyang Wind Power Plant Project

The primary energy sources of our country that promote economic and social development are petroleum,coal and gas.With great consumption of these mineral fuels,the development environment of our society has been badly damaged.Therefore,it is certain that the development of our economy and society must be optimized by increasing utilization rate of energy source,using clean and renewable energy source instead of mineral fuel and realizing sustainable development.As a kind of cheap,clean and renewable energy source,wind power has occupied much larger proportion in the worldwide energy source structure.In the interest of reducing the stress of environmental pollution,our country as well as others is striving to develop wind power system for electric power generation.Under the circumstances,this paper conducts a study on the standardized management of the construction project of Datang Xiangyang wind farm.the specifics as follow:Chapter one is Introduction.Firstly,an introduction of research background and meaning.With the continuous and deep development of our economy,mineral fuel as primary energy source have generated severe environmental pollution which deals a great damage on environment of our country.Therefore,wind power generation as a kind of mainstream of future energy source,makes the construction of wind farm utterly necessary and important.Secondly,an introduction of research method and idea.Finally,a conclusion on the domestic and overseas reference of standardization,a deep research on the basis of standardization,and an analysis on the theoretical definition,principle and feature of standardization.Chapter two mainly discusses the present situation and main problem of Xiangyang wind farm project.Firstly,the fundamental situation of Datang Xiangyang wind farm project is introduced including some specific features such as the complexity of devices,the universality of management and coordination of production.Secondly,making a deep analysis and judgment on the existing problem of project construction according to the standardization of project,execution efficiency and efficiency flow.Chapter three mainly analyzes the reasons that cause problems of standardization management of Xiangyang wind farm project.By applying relevant knowledge and theories of project quality management and standardization,this chapter makes an analysis on the existing problems during the different stages of design,execution,examination and conclusion.Chapter four provides an improvement scheme and implement plan for the project.On the basis of analysis of last chapter,in considering of disadvantages of this project,chapter four put forward an implement plan that establishing project standardization management system,which includes safety standardization management,quality standardization management,purchasing,technology and schedule management.Chapter five is conclusion.Under above researches,proposing relevant suggestions on the standardization management of future wind power generation construction project,which offers help to domestic wind power project under construction.
