Research On Risk Management Of DC Wind Farm Project Construction

Since the reform and opening-up,China's economy has developed rapidly,among which the industrial development has been extremely rapid.During the period of rapid development,various kinds of energy resources,especially coal resources,were consumed rapidly,and caused certain damage to the environment.Wind energy as a new renewable clean energy,the use of wind power generation,not only can save China's limited coal resources,but also conducive to the protection of the ecological environment.China's wind power generation started late and wind power technology is relatively backward.With China's support and support policies for clean energy,China's wind power technology has made great progress and no longer relies on the introduction of foreign technologies and equipment,however,in the process of wind farm construction,there will still be some technical problems.In particular,the research on wind farm project risk management is less and less mature.In this paper,the DC wind farm project is taken as the research object,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the DC wind farm project,and analyzes some possible risks existing in the DC wind farm project.In this paper,the research status of wind farm risk management at home and abroad and the shortcomings of wind farm risk management are analyzed,and the characteristics and possible problems of DC wind farm project are analyzed,combining the risk management theory with the characteristics of the DC wind farm project,the risk factors of the DC wind farm project are identified by the Brainstorming,and then the risk factors are analyzed.The first index risk and the second index risk are evaluated by the method of mold and integrated risk evaluation,and the risk of DC wind farm project is assessed as general risk.In order to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and improve the level of project risk management,according to the different types of risks,different coping strategies are chosen and corresponding measures are made to mitigate,evade and transfer risks.DC wind farm project through risk management to reduce the probability of risk,reduce the loss caused by risk.Through the risk study of DC wind farm project,the possible risks are predicted in advance and corresponding measures are taken to reduce some unnecessary economic losses of the wind farm project,this study will be helpful to the construction of wind power generation project and the development of renewable and clean energy in China.
