Research On Highway Project Management Based On Standardized Management And Benchmarking

With the increase of huge investment putting into the public infrastructure construction field,the expressway havegotten a rapid development in our country.The expressway’s construction quality is pay attention to more and more.The owners as the main construction subject,how to improve the construction quality effectively,how to improve the quality’s work performance in the process of construction management,it is a very important problem that need to be solved currently.As an effective management method,Benchmarking is necessary to introduce into the field of construction projects,by combing with the concrete practice,to improve the level of quality management of the expressway construction.By standardizing the rating index construction management research,making the scene more highway construction project specifications,construction process more rational,more comprehensive rules and regulations,staffing more professional,thus ensuring the quality of the project to enhance the progress of the project..Studies have shown that the implementation of standardized construction management is an effective way to resolve the current conflict and the future of the construction task Kuchma’s heavy and relatively limited power management,construction management evaluation standardization makes standardized construction there are rules to follow,and more to promote the standardization of building construction.Based on the research fruits of project performance evaluation,combining with the connotation of modern expressway project management,an index system of performance evaluation of standardized management in expressway construction are established,which uses Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert scoring method to confirm the weights of indexes.Taking Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method as theoretical basis,the paper proposes the performance evaluation method and the assessment criteria of standardized management of expressway construction.A case study is carried out combining with long wan great bridgein Hebei Province.In this case,assessment index system consists of 6 first-class indexes,which includes quality management,cost control,schedule control and safety management and so on,and 19 second-class indexes.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used to evaluate the performance of standardized management of the expressway,and the suggestions about optimization are proposed.
