| High-speed hot airflow simulation test refers to the aviation kerosene combustion generating high temperature and hot airflow field.And when the temperature is suitable for the temperature sensor,it can calibrate the temperature sensor steadily and dynamically.Meanwhile,the temperature sensor can be added on some high temperature,which provides the basic for testing its strength property.Besides the performance of the high-speed hot airflow simulation test system is good or not will directly influence the accuracy of dynamical temperatures correction and the credibility of best on specimen strength.Therefore,do a research on the control of the gas temperature of combustion chamber in high-speed hot airflow simulation test system,improve the control performance of the temperature.It not only has great guiding significance to research and manufacture of equipment,scientific,test and production in high temperature thermal field,but also can improve the energy saving and emission reduction function of the combustion system.In this paper,the author will make a deep study from the following several aspects that problems in the control of gas temperature in the combustion chamber of system of the high-speed hot airflow simulation test.First of all,the numerical simulation research on the combustion performance of the combustion chamber is done.Then,the corresponding mathematical model of numerical simulation of combustion process is established,the 3D modeling of combustion chamber is modeled by using ANSYS 15.0 software,and the model is divided into grids.Finally,the model is simulated by FLUENT software,so,under different proportion of oil and gas,the author does a research on the temperature distribution in the combustion chamber and the influence on the emission concentration,provide conditions to achieve the control of gas temperature in combustion chamber.Then,built a mathematical model about gas temperature in the combustion chamber of system of the high-speed hot airflow simulation test.Because jet fuel is burning in high speed airflow and caused the temperature in the combustion chamber of the system,the temperature of the system varies with the amount of fuel and air,Aiming at this problem,the mathematical models of the intake system,fuel supply system andcombustion chamber gas temperature are established.Finally,did control studies about gas temperature in the combustion chamber of system of the high-speed hot airflow simulation test.A cascade control scheme is put forward about controlling the fuel supply system and air intake system at the same time because the working conditions are complicated and a lot of interference factor in the actual operation.Then according to the characteristic of the air intake system,fuel supply system and gas temperature in the combustion chamber,through adopting algorithm of synovial prediction control,fuzzy PID predictive control and fuzzy PID control respectively,finally,achieved precise control to gas temperature in the combustion chamber of system of the high-speed hot airflow simulation test. |
