Affordable housing is an important cornerstone of the steady development of the country.In recent years,with the continuous high prices,the construction of affordable housing is increasingly concerned by the government and the people.The construction of affordable housing in all parts of the country has become an important means to understand the people's livelihood and stable development.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of the national economic strength,the requirements for the protection of housing is not only the "security" requirements,but also increased the "scientific" and "comfort" requirements.In this context,the author collected relevant information,through research and other forms,the current design features of affordable housing and the existing problems are summarized.As China's BIM technology to promote,the application of BIM technology more and more.Through the application of BIM technology makes the construction design more scientific and reasonable,for the construction industry has brought a new technology platform.But the application of BIM technology is often for large public buildings or early capital investment in the construction of large buildings,applied to the construction of affordable housing is relatively small.Based on this condition,the author puts forward the idea of applying BIM technology to the design and construction of the ecological analysis software Ecotect in the affordable housing.This paper focuses on the combination of security related flaws and problems of housing design,using Ecotect software for analysis and Simulation of the corresponding function,mainly divided into: analysis of meteorological data and application,analysis and application of thermal environment,light environment analysis and simulation,visibility analysis and application,economic and environmental impact analysis and Application,wind environment simulation analysis and application.This topic from the model establishment to the software operation,the final data output and analysis of the system,the software and design of the combination of operability and practicality are summarized.Hope that through the study of this topic for the future construction of a more comfortable,scientific and affordable housing to provide new ideas and methods.
