Study On The Affordable Housing Residential Environment And Landscape Design

The adage of "home ownership scheme" requires the necessity of social equity. Besides, housing is not only a luxury consumer product but also a must for each person’s living necessity. Therefore, housing problem is the essential problem that every government is facing--this is also how "affordable housing policy" is promulgated. The investment affordable housing audit findings of 19 provinces released in 2007 to 2009 by the government shows (November 17,2010, the People’s Daily) that in 3 years, affordable housing fund grew 6.25 times affordable housing users grew 258 times, which indicates that the demand of dramatic increase in affordable housing.Human being had been committing themselves to research the relationship which had been existing between themselves and surrounding during the human development history. The relationships which originate from human communication and creature environment, not only straightly do effect to the surrounding but have influence on human beings. And study the relationship between our behavior and our matter environment is the fundamental task of environmental psychology. Aim at increasing recognition on our behavior and surrounding, setting up harmonious creature environment. So environment becomes the eternal subject about behavior study, also is the integrant issue focused by designer from various fields.It is limited in the unit investment of residential affordable housing, and it has such the extensive group of applicants, so we need to have the environment systematically and efficiently ascended. So far, neither "the national green building standards" nor "the municipal affordable housing policy" requests a senior level landscape design requirement. Hence, this thesis is based on environment architecture and landscape design outside the building architecture philosophy, coordinates with the national policy, and researches the landscape design for affordable housing in order to provide a reference for the living environment of the minimal assurance crowd.
