Along with the increasing progress of science and technology level, the rising of the urbanization process, the extreme consumption and gradually lack of energy become a great realistic problem in front of all the countries, which gave birth to the concept of energy conservation has become the theme of The Times. Building energy consumption in human up nearly30%of the total energy consumption, therefore, the development of the construction industry is largely affected by the shortage of energy, the price of several building materials is increasing, in this kind of environment, energy saving building has become a trend for building construction in the construction industry. However, existing buildings in China, is not only a total construction area of big, but also the energy level is low, cannot satisfy the increasing energy conservation standards, therefore, energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings became our major concern.Nanchang is located in the hot summer and cold winter region, because of its special geographical position and climate characteristics, for a long time, the region’s energy saving awareness is relatively weak compared to northern heating areas, it also creates corresponding energy saving transformation technology research lags behind. In order to satisfy the energy-saving renovation requirements of the existing residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.especially in Nanchang, this paper discussed the suitable for energy saving transformation technology in this area in detail, along with project instance analysis, try to provide the reference to a large number of existing residential building energy saving transformation of the region.Through to the nanchang region’s climate characteristic and the present existing buildings research, this article put forward the suitable energy-saving renovation of Nanchang and make a evaluation. In order to have a more intuitive judgment to the transforming residential building’s thermal performance and energy saving effect,this paper contact to XinLong garden.design and combine the suitable advices for existing residential buildings in nanchang district, using the building energy-saving software PBECA modeling design and analysis and calculation of the energy consumption, compared before and after the energy-saving reconstruction of average annual total amount of energy consumption, and with the parameters according to the building and the residential building energy efficiency design standard "in jiangxi province,then simulation comparing the index limits, finally concluded a set of appropriate to nanchang region’s technology about the energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings.
