With global warming,extreme weather and climate events occur frequently around the world,and urban flood disasters caused by continuous heavy rains become increasingly prominent.With the rapid expansion of urban construction scale and the acceleration of urbanization in China,land hydrological conditions in many cities have been destroyed,and water environment problems such as pollution of urban water resources,uneven distribution of fresh water resources and flood and waterlogging disasters have been faced.In November 2014,for the implementation of the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and spirit of the central working conference of urbanization,the ministry compiled the "sponge urban construction technology guide-low impact development of rain water system construction,combined with local actual situation to guide governments take active low impact development mode,through to the urban green space,road and drainage design let rainwater to use function to full play,thus reducing urban surface runoff flow,reduce the pressure on urban waterlogging,by rainwater infiltration recharge of groundwater,and improve the urban hydrologic environment.Therefore,based on the current situation and construction standards,it is necessary to carry out more detailed and regional characteristics of urban storm flood park design characteristics research.Based on sponge city technology,stormwater management,and urban park landscape,this paper adopts literature search,field research,empirical research and other research methods to carry out the research on the design of Chengnan Park in Qichun.The main research contents are divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter includes the research background,research purpose and significance,main contents,methods and research framework.The second chapter systematically expounds the main contents of urban stormwater park design from three aspects,namely stormwater management,sponge city technology and wetland landscape design.Based on the planning idea of "basic research,stratified analysis and superposition generation",and combining with the outstanding cases of storm flood parks at home and abroad,the design key points of storm flood parks are summarized from the three characteristics of storm flood management,natural ecology and landscape ecological design.The third chapter analyzes the scale of stormwater regulation and storage facilities from the three aspects of design objectives,design principles and design methods,so as to design urban parks that meet stormwater management.Establish a graded flood control system,integrate the stormwater regulation and storage system of the park with hydrology as the leading factor,rationally plan stormwater management facilities,and pay attention to the multi-functional use of the park;To improve the low utilization of stormwater resources in the park,through the reasonable design and utilization of the existing resources in the park,the allocation of stormwater adaptive plants,create the landscape with stormwater function,establish the ecosystem,so as to promote the sustainable development of the landscape.The fourth chapter through the urban upper planning,location analysis and field research and other research means,comb Qichun city characteristic resources elements,extract the features of the rain flood park design.Then based on Qichun City South Park for the overall design and rain design.In the end,the main research results and design methods of this paper are summarized,which will provide positive reference for the design of urban stormwater park in the future.
