Appropriate Technical Study Of Environmental Energy Efficiency Of No.1 Teaching Building Of Beijing University Of Civil Engineering And Architecture

Green building should be considered in both environmental quality and building energy consumption. China's existing building energy-saving evaluation always concerned about building energy consumption,and the research about interior environmental quality is not enough. "Environmental energy Efficiency" is a new quantitative evaluation method based on the comprehensive consideration of building energy consumption and interior environment quality, which can be evaluated more objectively and accurately on the energy saving level of buildings. The article takes the No. 1 teaching building of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture as the research object. The first part introduces the background and theory of energy efficiency of building environment. The second chapter analyzes and interprets the energy efficiency of building environment and its evaluation system, including evaluation methods, content, framework and so on. The third chapter elaborates the field investigation method.The fourth chapter analyzes the results of the survey,and evaluates the overall environmental energy efficiency of NO.1 Teaching Building of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.Finally, according to the characteristics of energy efficiency of building environment, the proposed promotion strategy is pointed out.In the process of evaluating the environmental energy efficiency of NO.1 Teaching Building of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture." it is found that the energy consumption of the building is close to the reference value, the main problem is that the poor light environment and the air quality. Thus , improving the quality of the interior environment is the main way to enhancing the building environment and energy efficiency.According to the construction situation, starting from the perspective of architecture, in there are two aspects of the appropriate technology to improve interior light environment, air quality, such as the architectural form, interior space design. The results of this research can provide reference for database's construction of environmental energy efficiency.
