Research On Railway Industrial Heritage Regeneration Based On Industrial Theme Museum Model

Railway industrial heritage is an important transport facility and sign of the era of human industrial civilization,carrying deep industrial development history and urban industrial context,reflecting the era of a social,cultural and economic outlook.In line with national conditions,finding out an effective for the regeneration of the railway industry heritage is significant for the continuation of the cultural context,the promotion of regional development and the needs of the public spirit.Industrial theme museum is a platform for the collection,exhibition and research of industrial relics with historical value,scientific value,artistic value and economic value.The aim is to open up a way of grasping industrial knowledge,experiencing the industrial development process and exploring the track of industrial development.On the basis of suitability,regeneration of railway industrial heritage into industrial theme museum could dig the value of the railway industrial heritage,help the formation of the common needs of the public and promote the rapid development of regional cooperation.First of all,this paper defines the concept and composition of the railway industrial heritage on the basis of the background of the times and the present situation of the study;Then paper sums up the patterns of industrial heritage regeneration and related theories.Secondly,this paper cmbins the course of railway industrial heritage protection and regeneration at home and abroad.Through literature and case studies,this paper expounds the historical,cultural,economic,aesthetics and social value of railway industrial heritage protection and reproduction.Combined with foreign experience and practical cases,this paper analyzes China's railway industry heritage protection and regeneration of the status quo,and gets relevant inspiration.Thirdly,it elaborates the development foundation,characteristic and current situation of the industrial theme museum;this paper analyzes the suitability of railway industrial heritage for industrial theme museum,and finds the fit of the two building types.Based on the analysis of excellent cases and the principle of regeneration,the author puts forward the regenerative design strategy from element reuse,external environment,building facade,space reconstruction,functional replacement,technical points and energy saving technology.Finally,combined with the above,this paper put forward conclusions and prospects.
