Car washing machine sprayed water by fountain brush,it could clean the stain above the body of the cars quickly.It had the advantages of convenient and fast,high performance cost ratio and so on.But the cars after washed out must be wiped carefully using the soft wiper or the clean sponge,so cleaning the car was not only troublesome,but also a waste of time and physical power,which hindered the market of car washing machines’ use seriously.In this paper,the household portable car washing machine combined the towel cleaning with spraying water of spray head,made the cleaning of private car more time-saving and labor-saving.In this paper,the inner flow field of the rotating spray head of car washing machine was numerical simulated and optimized in the analytic technique based on CFD flow field,so as to improve the overall performance of car washing machine.In this paper,the overall structure of car washing machine was designed,power supplies of immersible pump were calculated,the controlling system of immersible pump and the structure of barrel and the structure of rotating spray head were designed,2D structure figure was designed,and 3D modeling of the spray head of car washing machine was made.The flow field of 3D modeling of rotating spray head was established through software and the solved modeling of flow field was divided into finite element meshes,based on the calculation of fluid dynamics,the inner flow field of rotating spray of car washing machine was simulated in the fluid dynamics simulation and analyzed by using Fluent software,and the pressure nephogram,velocity nephogram and velocity vectors of the key sections of rotating spray head were chosen to be analyzed.The outlet diameter,inlet pressure,pipe diameter of distributive pipe and the number of outlet were chosen to be as the factors of key structure influencing index,the velocity of outlet and the rotating velocity were chosen to be as the index of performance assessment to design orthogonal experiment,the table of orthogonal experiment was established and the synthesis score of the level of every factor was calculated,then further the effect of various parameters for the performance index of rotating spray head,the index of estimation of quality of the level of every factor and the highest parameter of structure were obtained through extreme difference analysis,the rotating spray head after optimized by orthogonal experiment was presented stimulation in Fluent software,finally the pressure nephogram and velocity vectors and the result of original rotating spray head were contrasted to get its rationality.The rotating spray head was further optimized,the pressure loss produced by the work of rotating spray head was calculated by using numerical computation method completely,the calculation formula on the volume of water was deduced,the structure of rotating spray head was further optimized.Finally,the structure of rotating spray head of optimized car washing machine and other parts of car washing machine were manufactured and tested,the components of car washing machine were manufactured,and the model machine was installed,and it met the requirements after the test of washing cars.
