With the development of economy,wind power and other non schedulable resource access and increasing nuclear power grid capacity,peak load power difference is also increasing year by year,and the peak pressure is more severe.In addition,affected by the power supply structure limitation and heating demand,low peak load capacity of power network,abandoning wind and nuclear issue is becoming serious increasingly,which brings great difficulties to Security of Power Grid and consumption of High proportion of new energy,and in urgent need of new peaking power and means.With the application of nuclear power and the development of large-scale wind power,how to effectively use the peaking power,spread the research and application of nuclear power participating in peak load operation and the system of Pumped Storage Power-nuclear-wind power as the core of the combined control strategy of peaking will be one of the effective ways to solve the problem of peak shaving,and The previous research concentrates on the typical daily hot,the joint operation of wind and nuclear storage,and there is no wind power in the actual power grid planning point of view,pumped storage-nuclear power-wind power grid peaking platform built and joint peaking control strategy is put forward.To solve the above problems,based on a large scale wind power network access,the lack of pumped storage,nuclear power operations and continuous planning,abandoned wind serious,how to start a pumped storage power-nuclear-wind power combined control is a major problem of peak wind power consumptive province.Firstly,according to the operating characteristics of various types of peaking power,set up the mathematical model,analysis the anti peak load regulation characteristics of wind power.Secondly according to a practical network structure and parameters,build a large provincial grid model in PSCAD platform,in order to build a joint peaking operation simulation platform.In order to make the results more effective,in the network of thermal power generating units and wind turbines,nuclear power plants,pumped storage model and control model unit,HVDC transmission,HVDC flexible system,line,transformer,reactive power compensation,the equivalent model are elaborated in detail.Then the premise of nuclear power units to a certain extent in peak regulation based on Scheduling in energy saving requirements,each unit of each combination means for peaking in 1 day's time,to ensure that all day long 96 points total running cost minimum,the level of the existing installed under the typical days of nuclear power in load to increase the wind power capacity.Finally,both the company and social benefits,the value of comprehensive cost optimization in years,establish joint planning model of pumped storage nuclear power installed capacity of wind power,to get optimal planning and the three power level and At the planning level in 2020,a case study was carried out to verify the relationship between the pumping capacity,the wind power installation,the nuclear power installation and the rate of abandoned air.
