There is a big difference in the performance of asphalt mixture and concrete deck,which can lead to the early damage of asphalt pavement,this not only hinders the highway traffic safety,but also cause huge economic losses.It is of great practical value and practical significance to study the asphalt pavement technology of cement concrete bridge deck based on Weihe River Bridge(S221).This paper analyzes the form and cause of asphalt pavement interlayer in cement concrete bridge deck,the main forms of the disease are asphalt pavement layer movement,shedding,rutting and wrap,cracks,heavy vehicle load,low strength and poor performance of the bond layer material,the impact of high temperature,water and poor construction quality control,causing interlayer disease of asphalt pavement of cement concrete bridge.The mixture ratio of AC-16 modified asphalt mixture and AC-20 asphalt mixture was optimized.Performance test results show that the design of asphalt mixture has excellent road performance,in which the dynamic stability is 5263 times/min and 3666 times/min respectively.The shear strength of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive layer under different normal forces,different formulations,different spraying amount and different temperature conditions was studied by shear test.The shear strength indexes c and ? were determined under different temperature conditions.The pull strength of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive layer under different formulation,different spraying amount and different temperature was studied by drawing test.The optimal sprinkle quantity and determine the optimum formula of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive layer is II group,that is,A(epoxy resin): B(curing agent): C(emulsified asphalt)=16:4:80,the optimal sprinkle quantity is 0.6~0.8kg/m2.The construction technology of asphalt pavement of cement concrete bridge deck is put forward.Through the research of this paper,the technical level of asphalt pavement of cement concrete bridge deck is improved,and the performance of bridge pavement structure is improved to prevent early disease and prolong the service life.
