Crack Mechanism And Engineering Application Of Mass Concrete With Emulsified Asphalt

With the development of civil engineering,mass concrete in the dam,piers,caps and other large-scale application of more and more.Large volume in the pouring after the completion of a large number of internal hydration will produce heat,resulting in concrete inside the temperature soaring,coupled with the concrete itself is not good heat dissipation,which formed a temperature difference inside and outside.And then produce temperature stress.And because the concrete is a low tensile strength of the brittle material,which is easy to crack.In the existing engineering case,all kinds of large volume concrete structure cracking situation is serious,to the project caused a security risk.Aiming at the problem of temperature cracks in mass concrete,this paper puts forward the incorporation of emulsified asphalt into mass concrete,which can improve the mechanical properties of mass concrete and improve the crack resistance of mass concrete.(1)The prepared emulsified asphalt was used as the blending material.Through the unconfined compression test and the Marshall test,the influence of the amount of each component on the performance of the mass concrete was obtained,and the water,cement,Aggregate,emulsified asphalt,water reducing agent and other ingredients of the best amount,obtained the best mix of emulsified asphalt concrete.(2)Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the different ages of the mixed slurry of emulsified asphalt mixed with different kinds of emulsified asphalt.The images of the concrete mixes with emulsified asphalt were observed in scanning electron microscopy(SEM)So as to analyze the trend of concrete with different amount of emulsified asphalt,which will further understand the crack resistance of mass concrete mixed with emulsified asphalt.(3)The fracturing mechanism of mass concrete structure is analyzed,and the temperature field and stress field of three stages after pouring of mass concrete structure are calculated.(4)The concrete with emulsified asphalt is applied to the actual engineering.The results show that the effect of mass concrete with emulsified asphalt is obvious,and the theoretical results are in good agreement with the practical application.At the same time through engineering practice,summed up with mixed with emulsified asphalt concrete application notes...
