For the huge population,The rapid development of the city, building heating energy consumption and other issues. To study the new building energy saving technology is necessary. On the basis of external thermal insulation, development of new new technique of external thermal insulation of exterior wall. The hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent,Portland cement, aluminate cement and fly ash as cementitious system.wall thermal insulation material was preparation, and under the action of other additives. The raw materials were analyzed In the preparation process. The materials were applied to specific projects after the experimental study of the wall insulation materials for industrial production.Combined with the engineering situation, the construction scheme was introduced in detail. Finally, the insulation material of the wall material was tested for heat insulation. The results show that:Through the analysis of influencing factors of wall insulation material The dry density, thermal conductivity, compressive strength, flexural strength were affected by the water cement ratio, fly ash content, hydrogen peroxide, stable foam dose, polypropylene fiber, water reducing dose, lithium carbonate, catalyst. Some key problems need to be solved in the construction of wall insulation materials. The three materials of the wall heat preservation material, the EPS board and the pure cement base plate were tested under the same thickness,The method of hot box heat flow meter was used to measure the thermal resistance,The results show that the thermal resistance of the wall insulation material was higher.Compared with the other two kinds of wall materials, the effect of heat resistance was better.
