With the development of economy and society,the protection of environment,society benefits and other indirect effects are becoming more and more important.Especially in today,the shortage of resources and environmental pollution are increasingly serious,making power grid development face new chalenges.President Xi Jinping made an important speech at the United Nations Development Summit,the initiative to explore the construction of the global energy Internet,to promote the clean and green way to meet the global demand for electricity.The essence of the global energy Internet is the "ultra high voltage grid + in the smart grid + clean energy".To build global energy Internet is the only way to develop the world's clean energy.And only through building the global energy Internet,we can realize the largescale development of clean energy,large range and high efficiency.Today,if the advanced sensor technology,information communication technology,analysis & decision technology,automatic control technology and energy & power technology can be integrated with the power grid infrastructure to form a new type of modern power grid(smart grid),it can adapt to the requirements of the future sustainable development.Traditional grid is a rigid system,which is a vertical multilevel control mechanism.Its ability to selfheal is bad,and its service is simple.There are many information isolated island,which makes it lack information sharing and its reaction slow,and then it cannot form a real-time,configurable and reconfigurable system.Its entire network is lowly intel igent.In this paper,we focus on the automation system of the inteligent power grid in rural areas,and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to study the following contents:This paperbriefly shows the smart grid,and analyzes smart grid project and its benefit.At last,it introduces the Aolezhao the power supply situation.System architecture / function / master station software / field equipment / data communication / configuration and price and advantage of project implementation cycle and project implementation are described in detail;This paperanalyzes comprehensive effect of the project,including: social economic effect / social environment effect / natural environment effect / enterprise effect these four aspects;This paper introduces the process of comprehensive evaluation of the integrated effect of the business automation project,and constructs the index system of the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the project,and summarizes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the effect of the project: firstly,we construct the evaluation index system,determine the index weight,and then determine the qualitative / quantitative index value of the evaluation of the effect of the automatic construction project.
