With the development of economy and technology,people's living standard has been improved significantly,while the demand for electricity has been increasing as well.The power construction projects kept growing in recent years.From the balance of power,there are still about 208.6million Kh of power construction space in Hunan province in 2020.Therefore,it's necessary to meet the electricity demand of economic and social development in Hunan province,which requires more power plants during the period of "13th Five-Year Plan".In the process of power construction,site selection is critical.The influence of the selection on thermal power plant covers the construction cost,project duration,power generation cost,environmental impact and so on.It is the cornerstone of power generation and power supply.This paper used analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Delphi method and triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sites of Dongshan factory,Sanfengsi factory,and Baixiang factory in Yueyang,Hunan Province.At first,through the analysis of the status quo of the three sites,and comparing the technical and economic factors,it was concluded that Dongshan site was the best site.Subsequently,an index system for site selection evaluation of thermal power plants was established.The influencing factors of thermal power plant siting were divided into five parts:social factors,economic factors,environmental factors,technical factors and geographical factors,which were identified as I grade index.According to the actual planning and construction of the thermal power plant,evaluation indexes in II grade were selected.Then,the weight of each index was calculated by AHP,which laid the foundation for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The Delphi method was utilized,where 6 experts were invited to mark these indexes according to the actual situation of the power plant.Then,the triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the results of expert scoring from different levels.It was also concluded that the site of Dongshan was the best site.Finally,Matlab was employed to check on the whole process and results,so as to ensure reliability of the evaluation.According to the analysis of this paper,it is of great significance to evaluate the location of thermal power plant by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
