Wind energy is a typical representative of clean energy,and has obvious advantages of safety and high efficiency.It is the main form of using wind energy all over the world in direct connection with large wind power plants.However,the most obvious shortcoming of wind power generation is its intermittency and randomness,which leads to difficulty in scheduling and ensure the balance of grid ionization.At present,the level of wind power prediction is far from the basic requirement of adapting to the actual operation of power system.Therefore,it is an urgent task to study the coordinated control technology of wind power generation,which is considered as a typical unknown factor in the scheduling of the electric power dispatching operation plan.In this paper,the research of large-scale wind power generation dispatching operation and control technology,the AGC coordinated control strategy of wind power generation according to local conditions,coordination of conventional units and wind turbines and other new energy units to achieve power FM,peak,tie line control,cross-section control and other functions,Unit output,in the protection of power system security on the basis of the power system to the maximum capacity to accept wind power generation.Based on the actual situation of Hebei South Network,this paper designs a large-scale wind power dispatching and control software system to meet the needs of dispatching operation on the basis of existing D5000 system,and realize the main station access and active automatic control of Hebei South Network large-scale wind power generation.Combined with the functions of power generation plan,load forecasting and wind power forecasting,the real-time control problems encountered in the process of large-scale wind power access can be effectively solved by coordinated control strategy.With the coordinated control system of wind power in Hebei South Network,Hebei South Network adjust the unit response test function,and each wind power plant to carry out large load,small load and reentry adjustment test to determine the unit regulating performance parameters;Power generation capacity of the transfer to improve the acceptance of wind power;to achieve the control of the section of the partition to coordinate the energy unit output to maintain the specified section of power within the safe limits of operation and maximum capacity to accept the section under the wind turbine output;The effective support system to enhance the security of power system operation,economy.Finally,this paper summarizes the processing techniques of wind power active coordination control system in the practical process.This research topic has typical,universal and practical significance to the grid regulation and control running after the new energy is launched rapidly in our country.Regulation and operation of the transformation of the work system has an important guiding significance.
