Design And Research Of Bulk Dump Truck Device

The transport industry is the lifeblood of a country’s economy,industry and trade.The emergence of dump truck greatly improved the efficiency of loading and unloading of goods.In the face of various types of dump truck transport,through a lot of information to get to understand,although the current performance of vehicles to further enhance the lift,but unloading unloading center of gravity instability,instability has not been improved.In this paper,a flat-type rotary dump truck is proposed by combining the flat-push dump truck.The main research works are as follows:(1)Introduced the domestic and foreign transport vehicle development present situation and the development present situation,proposed the horizontal push type revolving dumps the material dumping vehicle.(2)the mechanical calculation of the revolving bearing of the bulk carrier.Determine the types and types of slewing bearings for bulk carriers.The finite element strength analysis of rotary bearing ball was carried out and verified.(3)to establish the overall design of the three-dimensional model,relying on laboratory equipment,solid model processing to verify the overall design is reasonable and feasible.In this paper,CAD / CAE / CAM technology for analysis and research,finite element method for analysis of the stress of rotating devices,for future design reference.
