Logistic industry in China develops quickly, most goods are transported by truck, and two important links of weighing and unloading shall be made after the goods are delivered to destination. At present, domestic normal method is to separate weighing and unloading, weighing is firstly made on truck gross weighing by truck scale, and then truck drives into unloading area of factory, and unloading is made manually. After unloading is finished, the truck returns to truck scale position for tare weighing again, net weight of material is calculated, and one working flow of weighing and unloading is finished.There are many problems during weighing and unloading, for example, working time is long, efficiency is low, weighing area and unloading area occupied space respectively, which causes space waste, unloading is mainly manual, workers’labor intensity is high, working efficiency is low, and dust of material is discharged during unloading, which pollutes environment and damages personal health.Through access to relevant literature, ways of weighing and unloading domestic auto transport mode is analyzed and compared the weighing technology and unloading techniques combined, integrated, complete automatic weighing unloading the overall program design, and through the use of theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials and theoretical knowledge weighing, hydraulic and electric control technology, were designed unloading device, weighing device, hydraulic system and electrical control system. In the design of unloading device, using the finite element analysis software for structural unloading devices were analyzed. In weighing device design, a reasonable choice of load cell and weighing instruments and hydraulic release mechanism designed to ensure the accuracy of the weighing. In the design of the hydraulic system, the design and selection of the three telescopic hydraulic cylinder structure, improve the stability and reliability of unloading movements. Weighing type automatic dumping machine is suitable for weighing and unloading of most bulk material transportation trucks. Weighing and unloading are made at same area, valuable land resource is saved, weighing and unloading processes are optimized, and working efficiency is improved. Unloading uses automatic dumping machine with hydraulic control, which has high efficiency, protects atmospheric environment, improves workers’ working environment, and meets energy saving, consumption reduction, emission reduction and environmental protection targets in national economic and social development.
