With the rapid development of modern glulam technology,the development speed of wood structure has increased significantly.More and more unique forms of wood structure appear in front of us.Compared with the traditional wood structure connection joints,the new wood structure joints(embedded steel plates)are widely favored by engineers because of their more reasonable stress,higher safety and beautiful appearance,However,the research at home and abroad mainly focuses on the bearing capacity of embedded straight steel plate connection,and there is almost no research on the flexural performance of embedded corrugated steel plate pin connection joints.Today,with the rapid development of modern glulam technology,China needs to strengthen the technical research on wood structure nodes to provide technical support for the development of long-span space wood structure in the future.The main research contents of this paper include(1)According to the existing literature,the finite element model of embedded straight steel plate wood joint is established by ABAQUS,the failure mode of the wood structure joint under the same stress(bending)is studied,and the moment rotation curve is extracted,which fits well with the experimental results of the reference literature;(2)ABAQUS is used to innovate the finite element model of built-in straight steel plate wood joint.According to the size standard of corrugated steel,the straight steel plate is replaced with corrugated steel plate,the failure mode of the innovative wood structure joint under the same stress(bending)is studied,and the load displacement curve is extracted.The result is that the ultimate flexural bearing capacity of the wood joint with corrugated steel plate is higher than that of the wood joint with straight steel plate;(3)The comparison of flexural performance between embedded four wave corrugated steel plate wood joint and embedded straight steel plate wood joint is basically the same as that between embedded universal corrugated steel plate wood joint and embedded straight steel plate wood joint.From the comparison of bending ultimate bearing capacity: General corrugated steel plate > four wave corrugated steel plate > double wave corrugated steel plate > straight steel plate;From the angle comparison of elastic working stage: double wave corrugated steel plate > straight steel plate > four wave corrugated steel plate > General corrugated steel plate;Comparison from the angle outside the beam plane: General corrugated steel plate > four wave corrugated steel plate > double wave corrugated steel plate > straight steel plate;To sum up,the embedded double wave corrugated steel plate wood joint not only provides the flexural bearing capacity,but also the out of plane corner will not be greatly affected.Therefore,the embedded double wave corrugated steel plate has the best comprehensive flexural performance;(4)According to the moment rotation curve obtained by changing the section parameters of corrugated plate to establish the model,there are the optimal wave height,wavelength,inclination and thickness to obtain better bending performance.It is proposed that when designing the wood joint with embedded corrugated steel plate,the corrugated height is 0.3times of the beam width;The length of double wave ripple is 0.3 times of the bolt spacing;The corrugation angle of 45 ° is more appropriate;The plate thickness is 0.06 times of the beam width,which is more suitable.
