| Currently,traffic congestion and environmental pollution have become serious problem of our city which can directly influence our city’s sustainable development.In order to ensure the healthy development of the city,people are trying to develop an efficient and environmentally friendly vehicle in the city.As mid-low speed maglev trains with low noise,high security,high transport capacity,more and more enginers began to study the construction of mid-low speed maglev train in China.However,in order to develop a means of transport,we must take care of the safety.But the safety of the train is closely related to the braking system.So it is very important to study the performance of the braking system.To study the performance of mid-low speed maglev train braking system,numerical simulation technique was adoped.Meanwhile using the AMESim soft simulated the service braking and emergency braking of the train.Then the dynamic characteristic curve of speed,braking distance,brake cylinder pressure and deceleration were obtained during the braking process.Finally,through the analysis of the simulation results,the performance index of the braking system is obtained.In the sixth chapter of this paper,the key factors that affected the performance of the braking system were study.Then through optimizating the structural parameters of the relay valve,the EP valve and the empty-load valve,the reasonable range of the relevant parameters was obtained.Meanwhile using the simulation soft simulated the emergency braking of the train which was drived in the downhill.And in this way,the optimal value of the emergency braking limit speed was obtained.Finally,with the simulation model,the effect of the speed which was the switching point of constant power braking and constant force braking on the braking performance of dynamic braking was studied. |
