| In the present stage,our country's old-age security model is mainly based on the home care,and social endowment takes the second place.The commercial service facilities is one of the most important part of residents' lives in the home care,and play a very important role in the life of the aged.The concept of neighborhood center is a new community service from abroad(Singapore).It is a complex of a variety of daily service facilities,with the purpose of residents' convenience.And its primary premise is to improve the quality of life and the residents living index.In Suzhou Industrial Park,it also ran from the initial practice to widespread usetoday.But now,as time flies,it is difficult for many of the neighborhood center to meet the needs of the masses in the context of aging.Under this premise,how to renovate the neighborhood center in Suzhou Industrial Park in order to provide the aged a better life service is becoming an important issue worth learning.The paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is introduction,it describes the background and the significance of the study,explains the methods and the content of the research,and explains the basic concepts involved in the paper;the second chapter focuses on the basic concepts of neighborhood centers and the aged;the third chapter focuses on the elderly,it studies the characteristics of the elderly and the design for the aged;the fourth chapter mainly introduces the present situation of the neighborhood center in Suzhou Industrial Park,and summarizes the problems existing in the architectural function,the internal and external streamline of the architecture,the environment and the details;the fifth chapter mainly explore the needs of the elderly from multi angles,and then summarizes the basic strategy of optimal design;the sixth chapter is the case study,it renovates the Xingcheng neighborhood center according to the current situation and problems.The last is the summary of the paper. |
