Large-span spatial steel structures are widely used in large-scale public infrastructures such as stadiums,exhibition centers,airport terminals and marketplace,etc.With the continuous development of society,different shapes of the roof surface emerge in endlessly.Structure design is becoming more and more complex,and bearing form is also increasingly diversified.With the application of large-span spatial steel structure,there are higher requirements on the bearing properties.Ensuring bearing force transmission reliable,the designer put forward more strict requirements for simulation analysis and optimization design of bearing.With the increase of the roof span and roof steel structure forms of diversification,the industry has developed various kinds of bearings.To simplify the calculation of roof steel structure,the designers often consider the lower part of the supporting structure and upper cover steel structure separately and assume the connect of bearing four kind of types which are fixed bearing,hinge,slide and ideal elastic rigidity connection.The simplified calculation method and the structure of the actual stress is not completely consistent,leading to hidden danger.Refer to the statistics of a large number of engineering applications,this paper puts forward that tablet bearing,rubber plate bearing and spherical steel bearing are widely used in engineering,and details the structure principle,structure behavior and scope of application of the above three kinds of bearing.In the third chapter,the in-depth finite element analysis results show the stress state and properties of elastic steel ball bearing.Using working properties of the elastic steel ball bearings in structural design examples,the paper discusses static and dynamic properties of structure under different constraint conditions.Through the numerical analysis of elastic ball steel bearing,puts forward the problems of elastic steel ball bearing that should be paid attention to in the design.Puts forward the modified theory of constraints,and carries on the mechanical analysis under dead load and dynamic load.Contrasts the analysis results with present generic methods in engineering design,makes the structure calculation model and the actual stress distribution is more consistent,and provides reference for the structure design of such a large-span spatial steel structure.
